Leadership Development

The two most powerful discoveries in your life is the day you were born and the day you discovered why you were born?  Why were you born?  Knowing your why is the greatest gift you can give the world.  Your why gets you up in the morning, helps you sleep at night and enables you to kick ass during the day.  Leadership development is the process of uncovering your why and helping others to discover theirs.    

I believe every man needs a father, a brother and a son.  And every woman needs a mother, a sister, and a daughter.  This is 360 degree mentoring and necessary dimensions for growth.  I am a product of the leaders and friendtors that have invested in me and committed to paying it forward. I co-founded Niche Coaching and Consulting with my friend Amber Ayers (a life-coach) to help people discover their why, grow, and live a more meaningful life and more purposeful work.
